Hotel .com. Never again
Some of the staff are very lovely and i grew tired moaning at them.. Eden rock we’re we stayed the previous week could learn from them... in fact they should poach all their staff particularly nathalie who is most excellent
It is difficult to understand how they have had so many high ratings as feed back I can only conceive they have faked their reviews. This is not a 5 Star hotel which might be where our issues lie. Rightly or wrongly I expect certain things when I travel Clean rooms , gym , working internet, comfortable pool and furniture, more than 2-3 hour time windows in which to order food, a lift that will fit a pram, comfortable lounge areas... I also object to spending €50 on Sun beds everyday... however I have more Il feeling towards hotel.com who sold it as a five star hotel and then showed no interest in helping me change booking .., We knew the area that we were supposed to be in and felt comfortable booking the hotel as it claimed to be a 5 Star. Then they just ignored my complaints , I also paid for a direct sea view which you get on the 4th and 5th floors but on the 3rd only a view of trees hotel .com again unhelpful..
