Pros (+) Some of the staff are very lovely and i grew tired moaning at them.. Eden rock we’re we stayed the previous week could learn from them... in fact they should poach all their staff particularly nathalie who is most excellent
Cons (-) It is difficult to understand how they have had so many high ratings as feed back I can only conceive they have faked their reviews. This is not a 5 Star hotel which might be where our issues lie. Rightly or wrongly I expect certain things when I travel Clean rooms , gym , working internet, comfortable pool and furniture, more than 2-3 hour time windows in which to order food, a lift that will fit...
