Cons:
I booked through your site, got a confirmation e-mail and was all set to pick up the car. On the morning of the rental I received a call from Sixt saying there had been an error and that no car was available. Upon requesting more information I was told that their system showed there were no cars available and that no-one should have been able to book, thereby suggesting your system is at fault. As I was depending on having a vehicle for a 400km round trip that had to be made, I had to rent from another company at three times the cost. I am extremely unhappy.5,2 Fair

The car (I finally ended up getting) was very nice, drove well.Cons:
When I arrived to pick up my car, they didn't have the car I had PREPAID for on site. They offered an "upgrade" which was NOT an upgrade. It was a much LARGER car, but not a better car. I was staying at a place with a very tight garage, so this was not acceptable. I spent over an hour discussing and arguing, until finally, they somehow magically had a small Audi appear. They had to clean it, so I had to come back an hour later (losing half a day of vacation in this process). When I returned the car, there was a small scratch. I've never been charged before for this, but they sent me a bill of over 600 euros. I don't know if I would ever rent from Sixt again.3,6 Poor
