Nothing - Rating 2.9 based on me being seriously :( about everything other than the location (which was just ok) is not right. This should have a rating from me of 0.5.
Check in: Took 30 minutes (no queue), broken printer, the staff weren't around, locals were pestering us the whole time and whispering about us making us feel uneasy. Apparently we were given an upgrade! Room: It was on a building site which shook the room, mosquito nets had whole (windows don't close), wires stuck out form power outlets, no running water, no hot water, it was full of local workers. Sleep: None Without water and the noise we had no choice but to leave after the first awful night. We asked for our money back for the following night (not the bad night we endured). The receptionist said it wasn't possible, he asked the boss (who never appeared) and after 30 minutes of saying the hotel had no cash anywhere we had no choice but to leave. He wanted to try and delay us even longer when he realised we would complain to booking.com but we had given him 3 chances before this and he kept saying 5 minutes, 5 minutes. We were again pestered by locals and we stood feeling really unsafe in the door of the hotel. This hotel should not be on this website, the reviews cannot be real.
Your staff is excellent, support and take care the visitors very well. Mr. Josea is the best.
Noise from Casino, smoking smell from Casino and probably from pub.
Reasonably priced for what you get.
We requested early breakfast but it took so long for them to take our order and bring any food (as well as them not having most of the items on the menu), that we had to leave without eating.
Very clean place. Wi-Fi connection was stable. The stuff was super friendly and hospitable
No hot water and the avenue was very noisy all the night
The breakfast was good. the location was good. Very close to where we wanted to be.
The hotel staff didn't communicated very well with the other staff. or with us One person would tell us one thing and the other would tell us something else. One young lady at the desk was apparently afraid we wouldn't pay and asked to keep our passport. We told her no, she could make a copy but not keep it. Later, the head woman apologized so that was good. we paid extra for breakfast to be included but the first morning the server wanted us to pay for the meal so we had some confusion there but it was eventually straightened out. Also we asked to stay an extra night and there was a lot of confusion about whether we paid or not and they should have had a clear record.
