Pros (+) The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The staff was very friendly and helped us checking in quickly and at the restaurant our server was very attentive to us. The room has a fridge, microwave & coffee maker which was very convenient for my family. The location is so convenient for our trip to Disneyland also.

Pros (+) The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable and cozy! Also, the water pressure in the shower was very nice and strong with adjustable options which was cool also. The staff was very friendly and helped us expeditiously while checking in and through the duration of our trip. The room fridge and microwave was very convienient for our family.
Cons (-) Most of the outlets in the room about 4 out of 6, were very loose which didn't allow us to charge our electronics over night.

Pros (+) Laundry facilities onsite.
Cons (-) Misleading on location. It's NOT a block from Disney's Park entrance. It's a block or so to Disney's parking garage - two different things. It's about a 20 or so minute walk to the security checkpoint.

Pros (+) The location is ideal for travelers going to Disneyland if you do not mind a short walk.
Cons (-) Our room was not cleaned on either day. The first day we went back to the hotel at 11:30 so I can see why it was not made up yet. The second day, we did not arrive back until 1:50 and the room was still not cleaned.

Pros (+) Everyone was really nice, they let me check in late so I could enjoy Disneyland with my family first. Didn't realize but they have shuttle to Disneyland for free.
