Pros (+) There were both softer and firmer pillows on the bed. We greatly appreciated having both.

Pros (+) After reading reviews for this hotel decided to give it a shot. It is a great room for what you get as far as value. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. All in all it exceeded our expectations. Also extremely close to Disneyland which is the purpose of why we chose this place.
Cons (-) If we had to complain about one thing it was that some of the items were not fully fully clean ( I.e. the lounge chair had stains and the lampshade was stained as well). And that's me nitpicking but everything else was fantastic.
Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and willing to help me and my boyfriend right away. The room was very spacious and very comfortable and overall clean.
Cons (-) The walls where kind of thin so we could hear what was going on on the room next to us, and the carpet looked a bit dirty.
Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable and freshly made each day. The bathrooms were clean and had freshly washed towels every day.The friendly staff was responsive to all requests. Breakfast was great. Good coffee. Great location for us to visit our family in Anaheim each day. I felt safe and secure while we stayed at the Comfort Inn.
Cons (-) I think that is time to start thinking about replacing carpets. The whole place would feel a bit fresher and more welcoming.
