For the price the room was small, no a/c the room was hot at night , the chairs were so uncomfortable hac to set on the bed !
Beds weren’t very comfortable You could hear everything above your room
It was nicely decorated and all the amenities were there.
I thought the service was sorely lacking. I am a senior citizen traveling alone and the front desk just directed me to a dark parking lot and assumed I would be able to find my way. The second day, although I was late leaving my room that morning, they failed to even clean my room. I arrived back at midnight to find my dirty dishes still there and no fresh towels. They then instructed me to place my dishes outside my door and then left my clean towels at the front door.
We were in the area for a volunteer event that lasted until after 2am and the parking lot was full. Based on other reviews this happens regularly. At checkin it would be nice to get a heads up and advice on where else it is ok to park. Guests come from all over and street parking can have restrictions or be illegal depending where you come from.
The staff was friendly and paid great attention to detail. Even called to ask if I liked my room right after I checked in. A beautiful stay
The only thing that could’ve been better was that the room itself was in the older building. The bathrooms in those rooms are rather small. In the newer tower, Where many of our friends stayed, those bathrooms were larger and more modern. Otherwise we were completely satisfied with the majestic inn
