Pros (+) Loved the USB ports. Nice size room.
Cons (-) They have computers to check yourself in but they still needed staff to assist. Waste of time. Just have staff assist you to check in with the computer. Same amount of time and manpower.

Pros (+) The tram is right outside of the hotel. Very convenient for traveling to the train station. There was also a store that was close by as well.

Pros (+) Great staff, one not so friendly but hey! This is Amsterdam! The rest more than made up for her. Very clean. Very modern. Very COMFORTABLE. Transportation into city center was not bad at all with bus and tram station nearby and a main train station within a 12 minute walk. Pay for breakfast, pricey but worth it.
Cons (-) Everything was great, I plan to return and recommend to all my friends and family.
