Pros (+) Staff was refreshingly friendly and accomadating. I had never had someone offer to bring luggage to my room before.
Cons (-) The ventilation for room one was less than ideal. Perhaps a fan or if the window could open more?

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for exploring the city and close to public transport. However, many reviews highlight significant problems with cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs and poor hygiene. Room size is frequently mentioned as being very small and cramped, and bathrooms are often described as tiny or having unpleasant odors. Noise levels, especially at night, are also a common complaint. While some guests found the staff friendly and the beds comfortable, the overall experience is often overshadowed by these negative aspects.AI-generated from customer reviews
