Guest feedback is mixed, with several negative comments about rude or unhelpful staff, check-in issues, and poor service. Cleanliness receives both positive and neutral remarks, with some guests finding rooms clean while others mention issues like musty smells, dirty carpets, and pests. Bed comfort is also mixed, with both comfortable and uncomfortable experiences reported. The location is considered convenient by some but problematic or unsafe by others.
