Pros (+) I appreciated the homeless people camped on my room's front door. I appreciated that most of the hotel's "guests" did not drive - It made for lots of parking spaces and I applaud the "inn" for not having a sign. They are helping the environment.
Cons (-) Everything. Easily the most frightening place I have ever stayed. If it hadn't been prepaid, I would have left. Sleeping in my car would have been safer and more hygienic.
