Bed was comfortable. Room was clean
No towels, ice machine not working, remote to Tv not working, key card didn’t work at first, phone didn’t work.

Our room was very won out. There was mildew/mold in the broken and missing caulking of the shower. The showerhead was caked with grime and sprayed all over the place. Our towel bar was missing the bar (the support arms were all that was left and one of those was hanging off the wall and loose). We could hear people running and stomping overhead all night. Their photos online show the basic "hotel breakfast" but this is an additional $12 per person. When we tried to leave we found that due to poor parking lot design we were blocked into our spot. While the hotel staff pretended to figure out who the blocking car belonged to (waited some ten minutes) one of our group managed to extricate our car by driving up onto and over a curb.
I arrived at the hotel to find out that in Expedias usual fashion, they didn't actually push the reservation through to the hotel but had charged my card anyway. And I knew the hotel wasn't making it up, because the reservation disappeared from my Expedia app as well. To keep a long story short, the manager at the front desk named Michael got everything taken care of for me and then some. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got the room I wanted. Made sure it was away from other booked rooms because he felt bad for the trouble I went through with my reservation and wanted me to be able to relax, and gave me a few other things to make sure I was happy with my stay once everything was fixed. My room was spacious, bed super comfortable, hotel had tons of amenities and wasn't a bad price either. Definitely would stay here again, and I hope I encounter more managers such as Michael in future stays at other hotels.
Light in the shower didn't work, I think the lightbulb was just burnt out. I personally thought it was a very trivial issue and didn't find it necessary to complain about it, it was just a slightly darker shower lol.
Check in was easy, facility looked clean upon arrival.
Asked what time breakfast would be served in morning, was told 630. Staff didn't start setting up breakfast until 630, and as my family and I had to checkout to continue our trip there was no food or beverages out. Very disappointed.

Quiet, fairly comfortable. By the airport, but easy drive to get to downtown restaurants. We arrived early and exhausted, and staff was kind enough to allow early check-in. Given the rate we paid, we were happy with everything.
They gave us a suit which was an upgrade. Beautiful room. very clean and quite.
We just went over night to catch an early flight and the toilet wasn't working in the AM so that put a damper on our morning. We told them at the front desk hopefully they fixed it for the next person.
Room was neat and clean. Bed and pillows were great.
Trying to reach the front desk. Took three calls to get an answer. Once someone answered the phone, they were very courteous.
