Comfortable bed, nice towels.
Hard to find entrance, had to around the block. Checked in, turned on ac, 2 hours later temp went up 1 degree, no cold or cool air coming from ac. Told front desk, asked for different room, she sent maintenance man, he said it was on the hot side of the building. Finally changed rooms, tv didn’t work, maintenance and he came checked connections, finally had to bang on the tv, finally worked. Front desk girl very sharp with bad attitude with customers. Didn’t answer phone when I called down.
Breakfast was fine. The location is 10 minutes walk from Old Town but also really handy for the interstate.
The food in the restaurant was great! Room was clean and modern!
Pool was closed. Pool could have been open with limited use and social distancing.
The parking was good. Easy to pull in large truck. Rooms need a microwave and a refrigerator from this century
Everything and everyone!!
That we were in the middle of a pandemic and a lot of things were not available!!
