I walked in and was immediately told the hot water was not working to well because they just fixed it , then they apparently didn't take my type of Visa card so they want me to take cash out and enough for a deposit. So I left and got a great deal at another great hotel
Bedroom had an entire wall of windows-great lighting. Liked the extra sink and vanity in the bedroom. TVs were old. Bathroom was small but had a tub. Kitchenette was a very weird setup, I think there was a mini fridge and microwave. Furnishings were old but adequate. Each room is like a little apartment, but still enclosed (not open to street). Pool and hot tub were in a weird little cave area, I liked it a lot. Staff was truly awful.
Front desk woman decided she didn't like me all of a sudden, ruined a great viyyil
Nothing, we were there for my granddaughter s birthday, ruended,
No heat, no hot water, non working phone, my granddaughter s suffered cold, I was double charged, still have not received my refund, I will never stay there again, personal never offered compensation, I would never recommend anyone to stay there ever. Oh television is so out dated didn't work maybe one news channel.
I really liked the property. It's older, but kind of fancy. The pool and hot tub were great and the room was huge.
The staff were unbelievable. I had too many guests for breakfast, so she charged me for their breakfast, which was fine ( even though the front desk clerk Gave them tickets for breakfast). But then she charged me for the breakfast of another hotel guest, and kicked me out. Astonishing.
The staff and the inside pool
The room had a big hole in the carpet by the door the fridge door had a broken shelf bedroom curtains had some dried Black stuff on them there was blood splatter behind a night stand some blood on the wall next to the bathroom in the pool area and more
