Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and accessing local attractions. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, noting issues such as stained bedding and mold. Noise, both from the street and within the hotel, was a common complaint, especially for rooms facing busy areas or near communal spaces. Additionally, unreliable or poor WiFi was frequently mentioned as a drawback. Overall, while the location and service stood out as strong positives, improvements in cleanliness, noise insulation, and internet quality would enhance the guest experience.
