Pros (+) Fab pool and water parks. Comfortable clean rooms.staff helpful when approached.
Cons (-) Food was ok but nothing special. Needs more bars and for existing bars to stay open longer. Needs more coffee machines in dining areas. There is currently quite a lot of building work around beech area but should improve this area once finished

Pros (+) I liked pool because it was with sea water, hatel was very big with two parts. Beds was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Some places in hotel was very dirty, many guest, less staff. Foods was ok but almost same every day. We stayed 9 day WIFI was not warking in our room, even one day we were going out of room to open wifi. We call technical services but nothing changed. P.S many many kids in hotel, like a kids garden:)
