Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the quality of breakfast offered. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or absent staff, booking errors, and poor room maintenance. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and dated facilities. Some guests were disappointed by unavailable amenities, such as the pool and spa bath, and found the hotel did not meet their expectations for the price. Overall, while the location and breakfast were positives, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.

Pool closed/empty though “available” at reservation time. Big black garbage bag of trash outside our room at checkin. Property is in need of a makeover. Good location. Staff very minimal and somewhat overwhelmed. No front desk coverage when the ONE staff member went on breaks. Nice guy, just flustered and apologetic.
