We waited an hour for transport from airport. They never came! We tried calling repeatedly and they never answered the phone. We had to pay for a taxi to bring us there. (We arrived at 00:30). When we got there the front desk girl was by herself standing there. When we told her what happened she shrugged and said she was alone. (Ok but you can’t answer the phone for over 45 min?)
