Pros: Service was good. Boarding, departure on time. Check-in counter stuff were very very good, very helpful (both Auckland airport and Noumea airport)

Cons: generally we are autorised for 2 baggages when we order directlywith aircalin,in this case only one baggage and they askus to pay to passthe security in auckland ,our queue was one hour only 5 minutes for new zelanders

Pros: The line at arrival to checkin at airport was incredibly long as there was two flights leaving, NZ at 8am and Aussie at 8.30am. On the plane the meal was nice and the bread rolls were delicious and crunchy. We were in row 14 and the hostess also offered a croissant which was gladly accepted.
