Pros: It never happened
Cons: See my previous comment
Cons: The person behind me was coughing and had his mask off. Attendant had to ask him many times to put his mask on.
Pros: I like the service ! Good job
Pros: The crew was very helpful.
Pros: The person who boarded us was very nice.
Cons: The primary flight attendant seemed judgemental. The snacks were minimal, and I wish I had known to download the United app to enjoy the entertainment.
Cons: Service was awful. Flight crew was totally uninterested.
Cons: Not Air Seoul! OPERATED BY PIEDMONT AIRLINES AS AMERICAN EAGLE
Pros: Fast and efficient!
Cons: A cream member fell asleep during take off. Possibly not a great idea.
Pros: Happy crew quick flight.
Pros: Good leg room, workers pleasant
Cons: Checking in. I checked in about 22 hours before my flight and I still ended up on standby. When I arrived in the morning I asked about my seat assignment and still didn’t get one. I was physically in the airport. Checked in the night before with no seat assignment. I was in the airport 5 hours before the flight and still didn’t get a seat because I was told I was last to check in. I find that hard to believe. Something is very wrong with that. Luckily someone gave up their seat but I should not have been on standby at all
Pros: Fruit lunch was excellent and fresh.
Cons: More comfortable seats.
Pros: good lunch, surprisingly
Cons: Plane has TVs, but none worked. Booked through Kayak and they put us in the last row of the plane even though Asiana is partners with United and we have United Gold Status.
Pros: Crew was very efficient and ground staff very helpful.
Good flight
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful, seating was comfortable.
Cons: Felt awkward being fed when others were not. Media on chair back did not work.
Pros: Embraer is so much more comfortable than the Bombardier aircraft.
Asiana
Pros: Arrived late at gate, they were ready for me in full anticipation. Again, world class treatment.
Pros: crew was efficient on time arrival
Cons: food was not good seats were old
Cons: Mobility scooter was broken luggage is lost still don't have it not happy
Pros: Crew friendly
Cons: Delayed almost 2 hours because of late incoming plane, then delayed ANOTHER 45 minutes on runway because of "ground stop" at destination. According to quick web search, this ground stop had been announced hours previously, so there was no need to board us at that time! Would have been much more comfortable waiting in the terminal. Also, rear lavatory had awful smell (so much that crew had hung filter pod of coffee inside to try to mask smell!). No attempt made to make up for delays (e.g. on previous flights I have seen crews decide to make WIFI available for free)
