Pros: Overall experience was excellent.
Cons: 1)They should served lunch before as the flight landed at 1500 hrs local time. 2) Also they kept on announcing the expected landing of flight >2hrs. keeping the passenger on high alert for a long time, which I felt was not appropriate. 3) The route map was not functional throughout the flight duration.

Pros: with 23 years old aircraft, I expected the seats are not comfortable. Same with the entertainment screen, it did not work for almost half the flight and after that, it started working like 1990s PC. The meal okay compared to other flights. From Ahmedabad to Delhi, there was no meal.
Cons: The attitude of check-in staff. The Check-in lady was rude to talk, felt like she does not want to help me, answered my question after repeating it 3 times. Also, at the boarding gate, same staff.

Cons: Upon arrival was told that pcr test is required. Airline did not communicate this in time to me. Asked air india staff to change/rebook ticket. They told me that i have to do it online. I went online there was no option to rebook. Sent an e-mail with booking ref for date change agreeing to even pay fare difference, no reply received from Air India. Pathetic service
