Find cheap flights on Alliance Air

There were no flight information on the screen and not even on the gate. I was very confused if I was in right gate

Cons: Food,entertainment nd maintenance duely needed

Cons: Arrived at the hotel and AirIndia told me they had no record of my reservation despite me being able to provide a confirmation number. They hassled me for a while before finally giving me a boarding pass. I barely made my flight

Cons: This flight cheated in terms of baggage allowance

Pros: Air India service was terrible, seat was very uncomfortable and it was broken , not reclining. 16 hrs flight with uncomfortable seat and terrible service made me sick. Food was horrible , I got stomach bug and rightnow I m sick with stomach virus. Crew provided terrible service

Cons: Better crew, better food and comfortable seats with TV working.

Cons: No delays

Pros: Nice crew, they gave a lot of refreshments and cookies even if the flight was less then an hour!

Cons: Flight was delayed for 4h

Cons: Excess baggage fees are three times the airfare cost. Way too excessive!

Pros: Boarding was fast but the plane was also quite small

Cons: The seats were rock hard, half the crew didn’t speak English - of if they did they chose not to - and there was nothing to do, no magazines or anything. VERY glad it was a short flight for me.

Cons: It’s very apparent that they have no concept of process or effiency. Procedures that were likely developed 50 years ago are still in place and serve absolutely no purpose. I’ve been in aviation for over 20 years and I know the industry. Be prepared for illogic step after step continuously throughout your journey. Be prepared to never receive a correct or meaningful answer.

Pros: Crew were nice and flight was on time

Cons: Waiting on the bus to board and the seats were narrow

It was late.... delayed by 45 minutes. Otherwise, fine!

Pros: The ground and flight crews were nice, polite, and helpful.

Cons: The baggage allowance was not enough for me. I had to pay extra.

The staff at the check in counter was not flexible they charge

Cons: They charged for overweight of three KG. During my previous flight from Delhi to Jaipur they were more flexible they did not. I think it's a rule applicable at Dehradun Airport only.

Unexplained delay!

Cons: Three and a half hour delay taking off! Couldn't check in bags for hours due to delayed departure time. Had to pay extra for overweight. Allowed only 15 kilos.

Cons: Delayed in increments of 30 mins without announcement of the reason for the delay

Cons: The check-in process was a mess. I was asked to pay for overweight luggage, which required me to walk to another counter, where it took them at least 15 minutes for no apparent reason to charge me and give me a receipt. The entire process was very unprofessional.

Cons: Inspection staff should be knowledgeable with profiency in english

Delay flight without notice

Pros: They delay 2:30 hrs without notice when we go to gate we ask them what time you start boarding after 45 minuets they say it’s delayed 230 hrs crazy even they didn’t offer anything to eat or drink

Cons: After several hours delay we were put on the plane and had to wait several hours more. People got very tense and irritable and the captain dealt with the situation very poorly. The flight attendants did their best. Finally left five hours late.
