Cons: The airplane was very old with non reclining seats and no entertainment coming back. The pilot and flight attendant seemed to be in training and confused and that made all of us uncomfortable.

Pros: The girl at the check-in counter was efficient and interlined my daughter's bags to Sydney. Much appreciated. The flight was almost on time, which was good.

Pros: The snacks were wonderful. The crew were amazing!

Pros: Getting to my destination safely.
Cons: Not being sat next to my wife. Only having one food option because the other options were no longer available. Seating was very tight.

The planes interiors are needing refurb
Pros: We got to Botswana on time. They do not inform passengers ahead of time about the spraying of pesticides. I'm going to switch to SAA from now on. Bring something to cover up during spraying.
Cons: The bathroom door broke off and the attendant just ignored it

Cons: Did not allow us to board after late arrival due to air link plane malfunction. plane had not left the airport yet with 45 minutes left until departure and staff from air Botswana would not help us at all. People were not friendly at all. we were delayed by a full day due to their lack Of support.

Cons: The flight attendant continuously communicated to me in her native language despite the fact that I did not understand. They should be informed that not all Africans speak the native language.

Cons: Snack box was yucky and high sodium Yeah- I agree- disinfecting is unpleasant, especially for those of us who have sinus problems. Spraying should be done prior to passenger. Boarding.
