Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Taj Mahal and views from the rooftop. Many also appreciate the friendly staff and some positive aspects of the breakfast. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, value for price, and room conditions, including old furnishings and maintenance problems. While the service is often described as polite and helpful, some guests feel the hotel does not meet expectations for the price, and there are mixed opinions about breakfast quality.
