Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and polite.
Cons (-) The doors are not well sound insulated and there were guests who persisted in moving between their two rooms next to mine all while talking quite loudly (2-5am). They didn’t care that they were disrupting other guests’ sleep. And the hotel did not seem capable of stopping this behaviour despite my calling 3 times in frustration. The next days meeting was far more difficult than it needed to be.
