Very comfortable rooms. Don't mind the open plan layout with bath in the middle of the room. Netflix access on TV. Good WiFi connectivity. Great beach. Well equipped gym. Close to major attractions. Staff generally friendly, helpful and professional - notably Chef Moussa and Guest Experience Lead Jelie, but others also. Varied entertainment provided after dinner each night.
Salt water swimming pools. Road works in front of hotel. Electrical failure, mould in the shower stall and air-conditioning issues with our first set of rooms for the first 3 days meant we had to change rooms mid-stay. Staff did try to fix the problems and helped facilitate the move when they couldn't be fixed. We were offered spa access as compensation, which we declined as we already had plans for the 3 remaining days. We accepted the offer of dinner tickets for our last two nights instead. However, this was not clearly communicated between the kitchen staff and front desk, so the hotel attempted to charge us for dinner at check out, which took some time to resolve before the right bill for only drinks consumed during dinner was issued.

It was really an amazing experience. The best thing was the hotel staff. They were extremely kind, pleasant and eager to help. Any issue we had with the room was immediately addressed. Any request we had for extra towels etc we immediately handled. The facilities are great and the breakfast was amazing. The gym is equipped with new machines and is really high-class gym. All was great during our stay.
