Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many found the breakfast to be good, with several positive mentions. However, there are repeated complaints about the condition and cleanliness of the bathrooms, as well as some concerns about general cleanliness in the rooms. While the service is generally regarded as excellent, there are occasional issues with specific staff members or practices. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially for location and service.
