Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests generally appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quality breakfast with both local and continental options. The location was considered safe and accessible, and amenities like the gym and pool were noted positively, though some felt these could be improved. However, there were complaints about room size, bathroom facilities, shuttle service delays, and occasional noise. Some guests also mentioned issues with room design and variety at breakfast, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
