Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the convenient location, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The breakfast was considered decent by several guests, and some staff members were described as friendly and helpful. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, particularly regarding bathrooms, towels, and odors. Service issues such as unhelpful front desk staff and lack of amenities were also mentioned. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and there were occasional problems with room maintenance and noise. Overall, while there were positives, several areas need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
