Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the city center, making it convenient for exploring local attractions. Some guests appreciate the friendly staff and find the rooms to be clean and beds comfortable. However, many reviews mention issues with service, such as unhelpful reception, long waits, and lack of assistance with luggage. Cleanliness and bed comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting dust or uncomfortable mattresses. Parking is a recurring problem, with limited spaces and difficulties accessing the hotel lot. Overall, while the location stands out as a highlight, service and parking could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
