Good hotel for the money
The location is good, not far from the waterfront and main train station.
Although nothing they can do about it, construction in front of the hotel. It was a chore finding how to get to the hotel and to part with a rental car.
Directly located on main transit lines with quick access to center of Zurich. Great breakfast.
Rooms, as in most mid range European hotels tend towards the small size.
it was a very good stay except 2 refregrators did not work and i had a problem with my medisin it should not hapen
The breakfest was perfect
Location is good, tram station is right outside the hotel, it takes 10-15 mins to get to the centre of Zurich.
Single room is tiny, the mini bar is empty, not even a bottle of water! In order to get to the elevators you have to climb some stairs, I had quite a big suitcase and was not oferred any assistance, the concierge was just staring at me while i was struggling on my way up.
It comfortable~The staff is kind and helpful
It just a bit expensive....
Close to the Tram
No airconditioning, it was really hot. Must be good in the winter though.
The hotel does not look like worth 4 stars... there was no air conditioning...
Easy access to the tram system. Excellent location within Zurich.
I went with a group and for some reason my mini-fridge was busted, not really a problem.
Good service, clean and comfortable
Wi-fi, although available, was subject to a charge
