Staff was lovely. Beautiful rooms with scenic view to the ocean.
Reception was complicated and took us really long to check out. Everything was a bit old fashioned and maybe needed a renobation

Proximity to the airport, only 7 mins driving. Mr. Hassan driver us in early morning to the airport and was really kind taking care of us to arrive on time. Also the owner has been also attentive.
Well, I will have to say the pictures do not exactly matched with our expectation. To tell the true, this hotel really needs a renovation: toilets are really old, then, the room was full of mosquitos, the net on our bed was dirty, and with holes. Regarding facilities, the kids playground was poor conditions, and the water of the swimming pool was cloudy. So we felt that we paid was not really in accordance with what we experienced.

The hotel has a lovely location and it would have been better if I was on holiday! I was there for work and the conference facilities were good. The rooms were large and it is a quiet and peaceful location. There is a variety of foods available at the breakfast and dinner buffets.
The food is OK - it's not haute cuisine but it did the job.

The friendly staff especially Mary. The place was super clean
The food was bad at first especially the pilawo. My bathroom was leaking till I departed n they failed to work on it.

The reception at the facility was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Zanzibar
The beach isn't very good, its rocky and mostly muddy plus one isn't able to swim not unless during high tide. For the record the beach being not so good is not the resort's doing, it's more of the government issue.
