Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's unique location by the dunes, the friendly and helpful staff, and the exceptional stargazing experiences led by knowledgeable astronomers like Patrick. Many found the atmosphere charming and the breakfast enjoyable. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated bathrooms, and meals that did not meet expectations, with some guests finding the restaurant overpriced or of mediocre quality. Overall, the standout positives were the desert setting, welcoming service, and memorable astronomy activities.
