Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's superb location near ski lifts and its convenience for accessing Shiga Kogen's slopes. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was highlighted for its quality, variety, and buffet style, while the hotel was generally considered clean and tidy despite being somewhat dated. Many guests felt the all-inclusive packages and overall value for price were excellent, making it a popular choice for ski trips. Some minor criticisms included firm beds and aging facilities, but these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
