Pros (+) Booked a one double bed room. Ended up in the old, unrenovated building. Tub leaking, odd odor, very old, barely clean. Turned heat on and went to dinner. Upon returning the room was swarming in little moth like bugs all over the carpet, hundreds. Went to front desk and was promptly given another room in a different building.
