Pros: Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything has been newly renovated. The rooms are small but very nice, modern and comfortable. Good lighting and mirrors! We really enjoyed the large hot tub downstairs, as well. The breakfast area is huge, comfortable, and well taken care of. It doesn’t feel like only a handful of people can have breakfast at a time, compared to a lot of other small hotels.

Pros: I took a road trip from Vancouver to Montreal and in one week I stayed in 5 hotel in my way in different city , It was first time that I heard the name of Super8 and I found it by chance, I was that much happy from their service in Winnipeg that for my next stay in Sudbury I searched their name and booked again room in suepr8 Sudbury, unfortunately their Sudbury services was not as good as Winnipeg, I mean if I was travelling from Montreal to Vancouver perhaps I wold not book super 8 in Winnipeg based on Sudbury experience. what ever Manager of Winnipeg super 8 does if they make profit must be lesson learned , and shared experience for other hotels I was really impressed with their services.

Cons: I spent 10 minutes to check in even though i booked the room few days before. The receptionnist couldn't find me in the system right away. Vaccum noises sometimes in the morning. There was no napkin (hands) in the room. Took long to check out at front desk.

Cons: Front desk staff were rude, there was not enough seating in breakfast area, not enough clean dishes or cups to serve oneself and poorly organized as items like juice and milk were empty. Charged $200 for incidentals and took a week before I was refunded!
