Pros (+) Clean rooms, housekeeping service was excellent. Breakfast was ok. The property was easily accessible - I did not notice any street noise (our room did face the street).
Cons (-) People had noisy dogs, didn't appear to clean up after them. Smoking was occurring right in front of the exit - my children and I had to walk through nasty cigarette smoke.

Pros (+) The room was HUGE! and very clean. The staff was pleasant and the location was perfect for shopping and going out to eat.
