The facility (furnishings inside, etc.) is looking run-down.

Pros (+) Location was wonderful, on the riverfront and close to the Wilmington Convention Center and Downtown area.
Cons (-) The food options were a bit pricey. Otherwise, great weekend!

Wonderful
Mat, Aug 2017
Pros (+) The location and facilities were everything I expected and more. The staff there we met there were the friendliest we encountered in Wilmington.
Cons (-) Room service order accuracy. Placed two room service orders and both were missing little items requested.
8.2
Very good
William, Nov 2016
Cons (-) Was told by hotel reservations they had a rooms at two different rates and then told that was a mistake and they only had the higher rate when I told them we wanted the cheaper option. Made the reservation through hotels.com at the cheaper rate about 2 minutes later. This kept me from getting my "Honors" rewards.
