Pros (+) My expectations from the Kayak reviews were met. Location is convenient for a 5 minute drive to the Colonial Williamsburg market square area. Our room was in the 'villa' area so noise from other residents was almost nonexistent.
Cons (-) We were located near the 4 lane local road. This was not an issue at all except there was noticable truck noise starting around 630 am, this could have been from garbage trucks.
