Cons (-) Hotel was loud from the busy street. No amenities at all not even a working ice machine. Very small rooms. Extremely out dated. Not worth the money at all

Pros (+) We really liked the location and the office staff were very nice, friendly and very accommodating. For just the two of us we had a great time and the room was nice for just a night away and it was within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which was very nice not having to drive anywhere.
Pros (+) The location to the beach and boardwalk was great, and was still close to restaurants and things in town. We had a nice beach view even on the side of the building. Everything was clean. The staff was very nice. For the price, it met our purposes for a long weekend away.
Cons (-) You had to wait a while for the toilet to refill to be able to flush again. The internet didn't work. The balcony was small, but wasn't a big deal.
