Pros. NOTHING!!! The office person did not look happy that I was interrupted her smoke break and that it was a hardship checking me in. The fridge was completely frosted over (half of left side top and bottom) and did not work plus there was a red liquid gel on the bottom of fridge and room felt like a dungeon and had a musty odor. No phone, the remote had dead batteries and I had to go to office to get batteries. Office did not have batteries and so I went back to room to wait for batteries and to see if fridge had started working. It had not. I went back to asked to check out and a full refund because fridge was dirty and it did not work. I needed a working fridge to keep my insulin and ozempic cool so it would not loose it's potency. They tried to give back half a refund but I kept insisting that it was a medical necessity and the fact that the fridge was not clean or working, presented a serious medical issue for me and I no choice but to check out. They tried to make me feel like I was a pest and unreasonable. I insisted that it was not my fault and that I did not trust how well they cleaned room if they had not defrosted fridge. They made me feel like I was lying so I showed them my medication and picture of fridge. She did not want to look. She said manager was on the way. I waited about 20 minutes and then the manager called back and asked for details. The batteries for remote finally showed up at which time the office person started telling manage in front of me the situation. She insinuated by her attitude, words, and tone of voice, that they had gone to a lot trouble to please me but I was not pleasable. The manager finally authorized a full refund. So I checked out 40 minutes after checking in.

Cons. Attitude, clean fresh smelling room. Room needs a total renovation. It need a few repairs, you could see that repairs were DIY.
