Pros (+) Great location. Great shower!
Cons (-) No thermostat in room so you have to manually turn AC on and off. Very noisy in rooms on Sunset Blvd. Cheap glass and they put ear plugs in room so they know it’s noisy. Very old. No coffee machine. It would be okay if it was $75, but $300 with parking is way too much.

Pros (+) Great location, walking distance to the Sunset Strip. The bed was comfortable. I liked having a balcony you could walk out on. Staff were helpful.
Cons (-) Our room had a number of problems with the lock, resulting in needing to have the whole lock mechanism replaced after we were repeatedly locked out. We also had issues with the elevator doors and were stuck in the elevator for almost 2 minutes at one point with the doors not opening. It was a bit disconcerting -- we took the stairs after that.
