Pros: Excellent place to stay. Really friendly and the room was superb with a comfortable bed, kitchen, office desk and lounge area and its own terrace. Breakfast was good. Location, right by the "S Bahn" made it so convenient. Good value for money. I went out to "the Swan" for the evening and I was impressed with that too. I'll definitely stay again.

Pros: Staff extremely helpfull. Excellent breakfast on large time band (3hours). Location close to most of the places I needed to go. In short, I will go back and will recommand to my staff and friends. Keep up the good work!
Cons: There was no parking spaces in the free zone when I got back on 2 nights. The first time it happenned, in discussing with a staff member, they offered a place in the underground garage gor a fee of 7.50 €. I accepted as this kept my rental car in a secure environment. This should be more obvious and explainec when we arrive on the first day so we do not try to find a parking spots outside the hotel.

Pros: The Hotel is in front of the S-bahn station. Very well connected as a starting point to visit Stuttgart and nearby towns and villages. Few minutes from the airport. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Rooms are very well designed and equipped. Good breakfast.
Cons: I had a single room at the top floor, Very nice but in this season it may get hot expecially late in the afternoon. There was no way to turn the air conditioning on even for a half an hour since it is centrally controlled and the staff did not seem to be willing to do that. I suggest to book intermediate floor rooms with independent air-conditioning during the summer.

Downstairs there's a nice Irish pub that has good beers, a very nice vibe and is packed with friendly people. Sober but good breakfast with crispy & freshly baked breads, and lots of fruit juices to choose from. Original selection of tea also. Free parking space in front of hotel also.

Cons: At arrival at 15.15 there was no one at the reception. A lst with names and keys lay on the counter. Wifi didn't work at the beginning (we didn't really check-in). After having visited relatives later in the evening there lay a new list without our name at the reception. Somehow we were backdoors checked in and could on the internet.

Pros: I arrived in low season, just before xmas and they upgraded me from a little room to a huge suite! Great customer awareness. Bed was superb, room was atmospheric and well presented. Even with only a few guests the kitchen was busy because people come up from the city to have lunch.
Cons: It's not really a room-service hotel, because the restaurant and outside dining is so good. In the winter, sometimes it's nice to make a coffee or cocoa in the room

Cons: The room, however, was advertised as a room for four people, two in a double bed and two on a sofa bed, which does not deserve the name bed at all. It was pure torture, and no sleep was had because of the terrible mattress. When I mentioned this at checkout there was not even an apology nor any discount on the overall price or any other concillatory gesture. If you decide to stay in this location make sure you do not need the extra sofa bed!

Cons: Even though they advertise air conditioning, the hotel has restricted it from turning on until it reaches a certain temperature outside! It was cooler outside than it was inside and the lack of air circulation made it very difficult to sleep! Woke up at 3 am and our family had to change rooms to a room that had better air circulation, which was better... but was very inconvenient and made it hard to fall back asleep. The rooms are extremely small and the second bed for our kids was basically a mattress on the floor. The morning breakfast was very disappointing! The yogurt is spoiled, the fruit was sour, the pancake machine was out of order and all the breads was stale. This hotel is definitely not to Holiday Inns standards and will be contacting them directly to inform them of our stay!

Cons: All parking places were reserved and the rental car needed to be parked several hundreds of meters away from the hotel. The extra bed was very hard and needed an extra blanket at the bottom to make it possible to sleep for kids.

Guests enjoy a wonderfully quiet location with quick access to Stuttgart Airport, the new exhibition center and the entire metropolitan region via the B27. The charming towns of Tübingen and Metzingen, popular with tourists, are not far away. In the evening you can enjoy a cold drink or hot snack at the bar and bistro. You can park your car in the reasonably priced public car park.

Cons: You couldn’t pre-pay parking so you had to visit the front desk every time you wanted to leave the property. Also, the air conditioning barely worked (that’s to be expected though since this is Germany) and the in-room refrigerator didn’t get very cool. I kept milk for coffee in there and it kept spoiling.

Cons: The hotel staff closed reception at 12 pm because of 1 january. We arrived at 5pm and all was closed and dark. The key was on a table in front of stairs. Our room wasn't the same we booked and nobody could help us. Next day, the hotel apologized and applied a discount to the price because of the mistake. We would have prefered reception open for requesting help.

Because of this we could hardly park our car, the restaurant a la carte wasn’t available and music was playing until late in the night. A lack of airconditioning which we should have noticed beforehand while booking added more discomfort, resulting in very little sleep during a 1 night stay that was meant to provide some rest during our trip towards Italy.

All staff members were extremely happy which translated into exceptional, way above average, customer service. The location is close to the bus stop which makes travel to Esslingen and Stuttgart center VERY easy without using the car. A cosy little restaurant with a biergarden and good food is a short walk on paved pathways through the fields away. Super experience, we go back anytime
