I will not go to this hotel again even if it is free to live
The receptionists were rude, security guards were intimidating. The swipe card for the room did not work, the room was so small you can. It even stand. Bath room was tiny. There was no hot water in the shower. When asked to fix it, no one bothered. We were rudely told that nothing can be done and if we wanted we can use showers for other rooms. So guys it was really bad experience of my life.
I think its price and location are good and fair for Budget / Backpackers. So, I have told my friends who plan to visit London about this hotel and they will come to make experience with this hotel, soon.
it's o.k and no comments.
It is a comfortable hotel. The receptionists are kind.
It is very far from London city centre. Luckily, it is close to Wembley Central underground station, but it took me almost 40 minutes to get to Picadilly Circus by tube.
Extremely good value for a London hotel. Fantastic location for visiting a concert at the Wembley Arena. Central London is only 30 minutes away. The hotel is basic in a Victorian building but for the price we payed very good value: The room was comfy, Tea making facility, Toilet/Shower ensuite and my foremost priority in a hotel: everything was very clean! Breakfast was basic, but tasty and filling (you could help yourself): toast, cereals, fruit, good coffee, tea and orange juice. All included in the low price of £42 for 2 persons! Why pay more, as long as the room is comfy and clean?
It wouldn't be fair to expect more for the price payed and creaking floorboards / limited choice for breakfast are negligable.
We had booked a double room, but on arrival found that the beds were terribly small for a double, the room was so small I actually felt closter phobic. My husband requested for another room and we had to sleep in a room with two single beds, which I was not impressed with. The beds were very uncomfortable the pillows was awful, which made sleeping at night a nightmare
