Cons: I wasn't able to sleep at all. The noise is terrible. I feel like my bed is in the middle of the freeway. I can hear all the vehicles driving the freeway. Tried putting some earplugs but didn't help at all.

Cons: It seems the address is either not correct or it may be the maps fault, but it drove us in circles around the hotel. The construction did not help either.

Cons: the light in the room over the bed flickered on and off when I moved in the bed, fianlly just turned off. There were no plugs near the nightstand. Would be nice to have a tv channel list.

Cons: The construction in parking lot and around the building made parking and commuting in very difficult. The lightening at night is very minimal making it potentially unsafe.

Pros: The location was convenient to the Waco Convention Center. I liked having a refrigerator in the room.
Cons: The shower had serious plumbing problems on the first day of my stay. I reported the problem and it was fixed on my second (of three) day. The included breakfast was disappointing. Otherwise the best I can say is that the Deluxe Inn was "adequate". The computer printer in the lobby needed a new toner cartridge. It printed, but unevenly. The "needs toner" light was on.

Cons: Lobby was full of dirty linens when we arrived - we almost left. Pool was closed/broken. Personnel seemed a little too relaxed/blasé (?). toilet seat was cracked. Outside of building appeared pretty run-down.

Cons: Room was in poor state of repair, especially in bathroom. Window unit was noisy and did not maintain even temp. Carpet badly needed cleaning. Area was loud with questionable activity nearby.

Cons: Thought it was ridiculous that I had to call another website to change my reservation, who in turn called the hotel - when I had to already call the hotel and told to contact the website to make a change. Thats not accommodating! Terrible bath floor

Cons: It was infested with roaches the whole day n night I had to spray the room down , they even had roaches in the microwave coming out from inside and outside, this hotel was so unsanitary I’m surprised they haven’t been reported to the BBB or health department. Room 204 is infested but I’m pretty sure every room is .

Cons: There were grown men outside smoking and drinking and making inappropriate comments as we went to our room. The front desk staff was not nice. The lock on the conjoining room was broke. And the sheets had hair on them.
