Pros: The setting is lovely, comfortable bed.
Cons: Breakfast was a very expensive extra, I think a continental breakfast could have been included.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the wonderful family who own and run the Toile Blanche. Huge, comfy bed. Wonderfully quiet location and delicious breakfast. Sadly we weren’t able to try the dinner menu but I should imagine the food is excellent
Cons: Our only minor complaint would be the noise outside our suite in the morning.

Cons: Nothing at all.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was superb, staff were delightful, pool was heavenly, dinner was best we had all holiday, lovely room, very relaxing and peaceful within walking distance of St. Paul de Vence.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Friendly hosts. Great breakfast.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, delicious, well served and just enough for my husband and me because we do not like to eat much in the morning. But in my point of view, it was overpriced (my opinion is based on our travelling experience to other countries, Europe included).
Cons: The glass curtain in the bathroom seems to be a commom international problem. You have to use the shower very carefully, otherwise too much water on the floor :)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and well kept. The team were very friendly and helpful too.
Cons: Restaurant wasn’t open for lunch or dinner meals during our stay but it is over the summer months.

Pros: Perfect location near the Village of Eze. We practically had the hotel to ourselves at this time of year. The views were amazing especially of the crashing surf outside our room. We loved it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent stay, charming place. Thank you!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This, In my opinion, is the most beautiful hotel in the world.
Cons: The Coffee! Could have a kettle and a supply of tea in every room
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything - it is such a dreamy place, I hope we will be able to come back every year. The staff is wonderful - from reception to the pool. The location and the hotel itself is amazing, so beautiful and special. We stayed in two different rooms and one was better than another.
Cons: The food is the only area for improvement. Room service food wasn’t great and we weren’t too impressed with the main restaurant. Ficus and breakfast were nice but the room service and the main restaurants could be improved.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at!!!
Cons: The staff was not up to the majesty of the property

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb. Set high above the coast amongst the quaintest of villages. Loved it. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food, pricey but excellent. Comfortable accommodation with individual balconies overlooking the coast and hills.
7,5 Good
Pros: Hotel bar, service quality, location, charm and general styling all this perfect and what you expect. But that’s all.
Cons: Ok, where to start... we paid over 1.300€/night for room, that was probably not under some serious maintance for last 5 years. Short list what was TOTALY wrong, especially compare to price. Bathroom - one of two sink doesn’t work, shower have damaged floor and death flies in lights, automatic toilet works so so, make up mirror was very damaged and light on it doesn’t work at all, tile under sink damaged, doors to toilet almost totaled. Cloakroom - old “ikea like” furniture, 3 diferent types of hangers, terribly cheap solution for cover window with cardboard paper and duct tape, not joking! Bedroom - bed was half destroyed, swinging just by sitting on it, on table some super old radio for iPhone 4 that loose it’s white color 3 years ago, original skylight on top of the room covered with same cardboard like cloakroom but with additional carpet, mark of water on wall from A/C. Living room - all repairs done on historic wall made with some kind of glue or whatever they have by hand at the time they did with total ignorance to any visual quality, which is general problem all over the room and balcony. Balcony - whirpool have not dirt, but definetly not clean water, worked just 2/3 of jets, head rest was removed completly and now the most f*cked thing in whole room - right on balcony is ventilation outlet from KITCHEN that smell from kitchen all day and it is incredibly loud even at 11pm, when I have to go to reception totaly angry ask if it’s possible to turn it off finaly. You can of course this noise hear even in bedroom!!! After I gave part of this little list at reception at time of checkout all I get was “sorry” and writing down some of the problems I mention here, no refund, no offer, not even parking for free as apology, NOTHING, NO-THING!!!! And as extra there was 286€ on final bill for dinner we haven’t!?!?!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room were just barely adequate. Two of us stayed in Corniche which had no view but was comfortable. The other room we had was not comfortable, no view and steep narrow stairs to a loft sleeping area. It was definitely not worth the walk up.
Cons: The second room was unacceptable.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The view is wonderful
Cons: It’s so hard to reach to the hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was like something out of fairy tale. Hotel was beautiful, food was amazing, staff where so helpful and the village is beyond words.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The view and the town. The staff were very friendly. The room was neat and tidy, in keeping with the limitations of the town.
Cons: We chose a bad day so the prices were steep.

Pros: Dream come true staying here. Absolutely stunning in every way. Sad to leave.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My mother and I returned to Chateau Eza after 23 years and the staff were incredibly understanding, caring, helpful and the most professional/friendly people we have ever met. Thank you for making it such a special experience for both of us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view from my “Superior”room was all I hoped it would be. Lovely special dinner. It was expensive but delicious and a wonderful memory. Staff was helpful and friendly. We believe we will go back someday.
Cons: Door locks were difficult to operate. Need hooks to hang towels and robes. Not a property for those with mobility issues.

Pros: Both breakfast and location were very good.
Cons: 1. Way too expensive (300 euro per day) 2. Kitchen smell in the room early in the morning (both days)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Michaela at the front desk was wonderful! The breakfast was great and the chef was so nice!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect as central for everything. Beds were very comfortable and room was very quiet considering hotel was next to road with trams passing all day. Didn't have breakfast in hotel so cannot comment. Staff were very friendly and welcoming to hotel and throughout our stay of four days in hotel. You are spoilt for choice of the many restaurants and patisseries nearby.
Cons: Shower in room was powerful and always had plenty of hot water but had no shower screen so unfortunately floor around got very wet and slippy. Also it was equipped for disabled person.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The front desk and person that takes care of kitchen are excellent.
Cons: The elevator was slow and finicky !
6,7 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed - clean room.
Cons: Cable outage. No closets.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room and bed Receptionist on arrival a bit frosty
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: This is my first review as I travel often. I work for ABC News and this was a very horrible experience!!! The first issue was the room was not ready at check in. We had to wait 2hrs for the room to be cleaned. The tv didn’t work, and the front desk wanted us to contact the tv company to fix the issue. That was the start of many issues. Second, the elevator did not work and the staff didn’t care. The hotel staff was so rude we requested an early checkout. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!! DO NOT STAY at this property. I requested a refund for the second stay they wouldn’t let us speak to a manager. The communication was beyond horrible!! It was so bad we took a loss and had no choice but to check out early. The room was dirty and the sheets had stains all over the bedding. Again, DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2,8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was clean, comfortable and had the most glorious view of the port and surrounding sights. The staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is perfect! Directly across the road from the port and surrounded by very good restaurants.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very attentive. Great rooms. Gorgeous views
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Two nights just wasn't enough in this beautiful hotel. Fab breakfast, sunset drinks kerbside and plenty restaurant options along the waterfront. You don't need a car here. We walked from the hotel to spend a day exploring Cap Ferrat. Sensational location and the gorgeous staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Thanks so much Rebecca - you're a star!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was exceptional. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Pierre Jean was particularly helpful and fun to talk to. We would definitely stay at the hotel if we return to Villefrance sur Mer in the future.
Cons: The night stands were a bit small.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We did not east breakfast at the hotel. The location is excellent. Would stay again in a heart beat!! They had a 3 piece band on Friday night that was delightful!!
Cons: Nothing! Adorable hotel with great staff. Very helpful!!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: clien, friendly, near the beach
Cons: the parking
1,0 Poor
Pros: Lovely view and a very relaxing town.
Cons: Nothing at all.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It has a very good location, in a very centre, had a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea and the yachts. Breakfast was good, not worth of 20 EUR but still. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Not a value of money, 600 eur is a cost of a room at 5 star Hotel at Cap ferrat (Royal Hotel). So + 150 EUR and you get a luxurious stay, not comparable to 3/4 star Hotel. There was a noise from the streets. Triple bed is actually a double bed with an extra very small bed, mainly for child. So you pay this overprice for the wonderful location and for the Villefranche-sur-mer which is amazing.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Like a family house
Cons: The air con did not work st night!
6,7 Good
Pros: The proprietor was very friendly and a helpful, and the hotel is characterful and very nicely appointed in the common areas.
Cons: My room was certainly usable but was very small. Maybe the price is high for that size of room - but I don’t know the going rate in Nice.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: I was really disappointed with the hotel. I’d stayed a few days previously in Nice at Hotel 64 for a similar price and that was great so this was extremely poor in comparison. I was pushed for a time of arrival despite being a 24 hour reception. The room smelt horrible, very musty with a tiny single bed and no wardrobe. The room was so small! It was also noisy with footsteps being able to be heard from the room above. The worst part about the stay though was being refused breakfast! I was told that I had to pre order the night before. This was absolutely absurd and and extremely poor service. Awful value for money and a very poor service experience.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The garden is amazing! It makes it so enjoyable to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was super friendly and helpful, be sure to take his advice. Another great point is the location, the tram is just over the street and gets you to the center in no time. Transportation is top in Nice, you can get the train to Cannes, Monte Carlo and so on. We didn't even need to rent a car anymore. Best!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the look of the hotel, the reception was very welcoming and there was a security gate to get in and out of the property. The best part were the staff, we dealt with two different receptionists, the first one explained everything to us as kindly gave us a map and drew where we were, the closest tram station and the tram to get to go in and out of Nice.
Cons: The bathroom was very small, they had tried to occupy the space as best they could but I still kept hitting the sink when going to the toilet. The showering area offered a wetroom panel and the water would just escape this and go onto the floor.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Little garden, house / rooms and super host.
Cons: Close to noisy street, a little far from touristic city.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, charming decor.. off street parking...what’s not to love?
Cons: Bedroom 3 just a bit on the small side .. no toilet roll holder....certainly don’t like the wingeing snowflakes who complain about bathroom being too small when they have probably been eating themselves to death therefore becoming the size of Kansas. The Hotel is superb...!
6,7 Good
Pros: While the property is away from the centre of Nice, it was quite easy to travel as there was a tram stop few minutes away that took us directly into the centre in 15 minutes. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.
Cons: We got the standard room, and it was very very very small, especially the bathroom - not what we expected staying away from the city centre and for the price we paid for the room. If we had known we would have chosen something closer to the city with that room size. The air conditioning didn't work properly, luckily the weather was good so it didn't bother us too much but this would be an issue in the peak of summer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I missed wifi.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely historic building. The rooms very exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lovely garden and breakfast. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to everyone.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great location, nice property.
Cons: Glass door on bathroom
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice terrace, nice appartment
Cons: Far from train station
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are clean and modern with a comfy bed. The kitchenette is handy. The staff are very friendly and offered great local restaurant suggestions. The villa has excellent security and being able to self checkin is very handy.
Cons: Nothing it was a great stay. The only thing I would have liked would have been an additional pillow but I am sure if I had of asked it would have been supplied :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location near to beach
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, clean room and a friendly and helpful staff. We liked our stay at Villa Velvet very much. The place s close to the beach and restaurants, yet conveniently far from the main street and thus silent and quiet, enabling for a nice terrace breakfasts. Staff was very friendly and supportive, we received umbrellas and some extra beach stuff for free to enjoy the sun time. Building and rooms are clean and modern, cleaned every day. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen (the larger room had a washing maschine which was totally cool). Villeneuve-Loubet is a small town which looks as a typical summer seaside village, but once you discover the old village you will find it amazing. Also, it is very close to Nice, Moncao, Eze and also some fantastic cities like Saint Paul de Vence or Valbonne (totally recommended!). Overall, a very good location for a vacation stay!
Cons: We had two rooms, the smaller one had a great terrace for morning breakfasts or evening wine discussions. The larger was more comfortable due to size, but the two points potentially worth mentioning: there were a separate toilet room and a separate shower room (located at opposite parts of the apartment). This was ok, but in the toilet there were no sink to wash hands, so you need to go the shower room. Kinda weird design I must say. The other thing you should be aware is that the room located on ground zero at the back of the building is a bit dark - it has an own small garden patio but is a bit hidden from sun. Not a huge disadvantage but clearly visible as compared to front side rooms.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, Villa Velvet was in the perfect location. Our apartment was cleaned every day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly - their English was far better than our poor French! The apartment was very secure - we had our own key and a code to come and go at our leisure.
Cons: The room was a little small - we stayed in a studio apartment - but we did have 6 weeks worth of luggage with us!

Pros: Location is perfect centered 1 Block from the beach and small 3 min walk to all the restaurants Nice area Staff super helpful and friendly went out of there way to assist when I needed a doctor hotel visit Early check in
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Quick walk to the promenade, about 15 mins to station. Lovely area with tons of restaurants n bars close by... Excellent staff, extremely helpful and cheerful. Thank you Caroline and the guy who checked us in - sorry for no name - both were FAB! The hotel has been renovated- mid year 2019 approximately so it is new and pretty n chic. Wish we could’ve stayed longer !! Special mention for the generous orange juice provided while waiting to complete check in. We shall return again
Cons: Nothing at all, the room was a bit small to stay if one has large suitcases (2-3) but I believe that’s how most European hotels are. It didn’t bother much.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good bed and lovely staff
Cons: Corridors and bed room decor poor taste
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was amazing. Loved the balcony. They also gave us fantastic restaurant suggestions.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Central to train station and great choice of restaurants. Two minute walk to the seafront. Hotel staff were very helpful with luggage storage for 7 friends travelling. The staff were polite and very helpful wit information on trains and busses and they were always willing to help.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff! Very central to everything. The beach and promenade were only 5minutes away and the tram to the airport wasn’t far at all.
Cons: The room was a bit cramped and the street lighting came right into the room at night.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: There was a mix up with my reservation (not hotel fault, booking never sent updated reso) they went above & beyond for us!! We had booked 2 rooms as travelling with another couple, they upgraded both our rooms. Beds comfortable. Great wifi! We enjoyed the morning breakfast Buffett for 12 euro, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffees, eggs, sausage, meats, cheeses, croissants, toast (gluten free too), fruit, yogurts etc. We’re young so easy walk to/from train station; about 15 mins. Laundry service provided for 9 euro! Staff was cheerful & helpful.
Cons: Nothing! We’d stay again.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly people.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: - Great location near the sea front and close to train station/ airport - Bathroom was spotless with a very good shower
Cons: - No downstairs toilet so you have to go back to your room if you decide to drink on the terrace. - Poor vegan options for breakfast (there was only toast and jam)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff so friendly and helpful. Beautiful terrace wheee you can drink your own wine / drinks, eat your own food.

Pros: An extraordinary location in Nice. The suite was extraordinary with an amazing view
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The Negresco is one of the greatest hotels in the world. Completely unique with its quirky collection of art and antiques and its combination of old and new art.Rooms are all individual and charming. Breakfast is excellent, although I wish they had not destroyed the old Carousel in their renovations,
Cons: The people who were attending functions blocking the main door smoking. As most of them were women who were some what "glammed up", they frankly looked like cheap tarts. The management needs to find a solution to this.
6,0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel Unbelievable Customer Service Unique atmosphere There is no hotel in the World to bear Negresco
Cons: Absolutely nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location & property.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very very beautiful like an art museum The standard of food was very high The bar was wonderful with superb ambience and cocktails
Cons: The staffing seemed low as evening meals in the bistro/restaurant seemed consistently understaffed on multiple occasions. The staff were very nice but too thinly stretched
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Great location, view, staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the decoration, everything’s Perfect
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Negresco is a lovely opulent hotel with fabulous art and sculptures dotted about. We were given a refurbished room with a lovely view of the sea which was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was good although there was a shower in the bath which was quite high and not that easy to get into. The housekeeping staff did a great job as the room was kept spotless with turndown at night. Breakfast was of a very high standard with a lot of choice and we ate outside which was lovely.
Cons: I felt some of the staff weren't as friendly as others eg the concierge
6,0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous. We could sit and drink our coffee while looking out at the Mediterranean Sea each morning. Being located across from the Promenade Anglais meant we could literally exit our hotel door and begin our day walking along this magnificent waterfront. Great restaurants and cafes in the area. Very luxurious and elegant setting. Iconic French Riviera experience!
Cons: Everything was great!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Too old and really expensive place to stay
Cons: The food was terrible and ridiculously expensive.

Pros: LOVE everything about this hotel. Close and accessible to restaurants and shops. The staff were all courteous, friendly and went the extra mile to give us the highest possible level of service esp Brice at the concierge who booked our restaurant and tour reservations and he was always pleasant and has a ready warm smile every single time. We felt like we were VIPs. The hotel amenities were superb. Love the bar and the in house restaurant as well. Will definitely go back and stay at this Hyatt the next time I am back in Nice. Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: This hotel added to a wonderful stay in Nice.Location could not be better. Hotel employee (concierge) was a great help! Entire staff was exceptional.
Cons: nothing
4,6 Okay
Pros: The location was the only thing the hotel had going for it - the rest was clearly not Hyatt standard and extremely disappointing.
Cons: We experienced the worst hotel experience that my wife and I have ever had - From the 5 hour wait to get to our room (admit arrived on early flight at 10.30 and not given keys until 330 (realise check in was at 3 but surely some priority could have been exercised especially when we explained the suituation but no and I mean none what so ever empathy was shown and we had to even in the end come to reception for the 3rd time as a promised phone call when the room was ready was not even forth coming . The room we booked was a king room and from the moment we checked in at 1030 I knew there was going to be a problem as the receptionist said we only had a room with single beds at first and when I pointed out it was a king she went quiet and said they would work it out - well they did not and have a the room with the explanation that that is what a king bed is !! Please !!
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Whilst the food in the hotel was good the menu was a bit limiting
5,4 Okay
Pros: The only department who meet my expectations was a reception ! Girl (don’t remember her name )help as to check in even though we did miss ours passports) Thank you for that
Cons: As a 5star property I was disappointed with everything ! The staff wasn’t attentive enough, room was dark and was not nice for 5 star in Nice , no a little sun go to our room , we did not want to be there . Breakfast wasn’t as a 5star, there wasn’t even gluten free bread on the buffet, we have waited around 15min till I call somebody to serve us a coffee , nobody could even see us seating down to the table , 2 days before we arrive to nice we stayed in Cannes for 2 days in 4stare hotel and was much better with everything, we did even have a coffee machine in our room , breakfast staff very attentive all was much better .

Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.

Pros: The front desk and concierge staff were very nice. They were able to change my room when i disliked my partial ocean view room.
Cons: Service was inconsistent compared to my friends that were also staying at the same hotel. I was staying 4 nights and only got turn down service once.

Pros: The staff were fantastic. My friend forgot her glasses during a trip to Saint Tropez at a store and the store could not understand us in trying to get them shipped back. The gentleman at the front desk managed all conversations, had the glasses sent to him, and then sent them to my friend within 2 weeks of arriving back home. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Pros: Superkind stuff, great location, very good pool and jacuzzi, overall was fantastic

9,2 Excellent
Pros: No frills, spotless, lovely breakfast and welcoming staff. I hope to return. Very relaxing stay.
Cons: I liked everything. But if I had to pick something - A small fridge in the room would be good.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The most impressive part of this hotel was the amazing view from the pool and the common area. The balcony and breakfast room had incredible views of the town and sea. The pool was also beautifully situated. The owners and staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room itself was adequate and had a very pretty outdoor seating area. The ability to buy snacks and wine in the evening was great, especially given the lovely patio to sip the wine. The location is handy to some of the major roads.
Cons: Parking was a bit difficult, although it's nice there is parking available. We had trouble finding space to place our luggage in the room. And as a warning, there are stairs outside to reach the room, both from parking and reception. The owners are great with helping with luggage, however. And while the location is great for the view, there is only one restaurant (although wonderful!) within walking distance.

Pros: The gentleman at reception was brilliant. The location was exceptional, especially if you need to get to the main train station or the airport (very near the airport Tram).

Cons: The nearby intersection was noisy, very noisy, all night long
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location for my purposes ... convenient for the Promenades Anglais, the Old Town and the SNCF ... about 10 minutes or so from each. I particularly liked the warm welcome from the staff who were at all times extremely accommodating and professional. Excellent breakfasts from 07.00. Another plus point for this hotel ... after checking out, my luggage was stored securely for several hours until it was time for me to bid farewell to Nice.
Cons: As a solo traveller, room space was rather small, though it did include a safe, tea making facilities etc.

Cons: The rooms are a little less quality

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Villa Victoria is a "breath of fresh air" located conveniently in Nice. The management made us feel welcome in this French "Chateau" style accommodation. They went to some trouble to make us comfortable & were all pleasant to deal with.
Cons: Nil
10,0 Excellent
Pros: As return customers we knew how lovely the hotel is and its great location, the rooms are lovely the staff friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast really good - I am pleased to say nothing has changed since last year it remains a firm favourite of ours and we will return again next year. Many thanks again to the staff and very kind of them to acknowledge that this year we were celebrating our anniversary. Kind regards to all Yvonne & Phil
Cons: Nothing is was all brilliant
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good but nothing exceeding any expectations. Bar service was good including price was money!
Cons: Nothing comes directly into my mind!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was good for both tourist areas and station.
Cons: We were given a ground floor room which while bigger presented noise issues from meals and reception areas and also concerns re privacy and security. An upstairs room would have been preferable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was lovely and cool, free coffee in reception throughout the afternoon was a welcome touch.
Cons: Thought that maybe the breakfast was a little overpriced at €17 compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The walls seemed rather thin and I could hear quite loudly the guest in the next room, but neither of these would stop me staying at this hotel again.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location above Eze - adjacent to Park & Ride. Attractive building & site. Food was not gourmet but wholesome
Cons: We had a room without a balcony or terrace. It was bijou. Everything was designed around shortage of space. Small shower. Breakfast buffet was Ok but staff struggled keeping up with guests spread around dining room & garden.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Have been several times in this hotel. It is my first choice when travelling to Monaco, as it is a wonderful escape from the noise and the bourgeoisie down the hill. Plus very nice environment next to the hotel and lovely made rooms. The restaurant is also recommended. Again, it´s just a nice calm after the busy storm in monte carlo .. at mostly affordable fares.. despite you´re here during the yacht show :)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s French charm and location to shuttle to Eze village. Staff was very friendly
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and property. Be sure to visit the hilltop medieval village of Èze. Since there is very limited parking near the village, take the free (for guests) shuttle bus from the parking lot across the street from the hotel.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is nice and the atmosphere is also very nice - well connected to Monaco and Nice. It is near the small village of EZE and very well connected. So if you do not want to use the car, this can be done. The is a bus station at 50 mt from the Hotel that reaches the railway station of EZE.
Cons: My expectations of the rooms was much higher - they rooms need maintenance and they need to improve value added services such as: internet connectivity (poor), no laundry service, no room service, the bathrooms need to be refurbished with higher class finishing. The hotel has the potential of a small 4 star hotel or to be a small "Boutique Hotel".
6,7 Good
Pros: Beautiful location and property, reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Room quite small and breakfast a little lacking.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and staff. If you have a car it is easy to get to some of the other villages. Taking a cab would also be an option. It is also on the bus route. Gordia was wonderful. The food was great - breakfast and dinner have good selection. Loved the pool and green space.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Court yard is amazing. They have birds and plants which gives it a very cozy vibe. Staff was super nice and the breakfast was really good! Buffet with all the heart desires in the lovely garden.
Cons: On our last day we needed help on how to get to the airport the fastest (there was Ironman championship, so the city was packed). The staff that was there just said "the tram" and then no more. When we asked about prices, location of station etc they answered shortly, but did not do anything to help us like show us on a map, write down the station & direction etc. That was very dissapointing, mostly because the other staff had been so nice.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The garden
Cons: The room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely the best hotel we have stayed in, perfect location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok need a little more hot choice for €14 but the coffee was good would recommend this hotel ❤️

Pros: We had nice breakfasts and several dinners in the fantastic tropical garden. Personnel were nice. We had a large room, a bit noisy at times, but with an excellent bathroom. It took us exactly 30 minutes and 1,5€ p.p. from the hotel to the airport with the new tram system.

Pros: Hotel had nice views but was in need of updating - staff were friendly
Cons: We arrived with friends only their room smelt badly of drains - they were moved to a smaller room but were charged for the larger room - expensive for what we got and we were a bit disappointed on the actual location - the staff offered us a free breakfast but that was poor too
