Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, with several guests describing rooms as dirty, under construction, or poorly maintained. Service was also a major concern, with numerous complaints about unresponsive or absent staff, difficulties with check-in, and lack of support during problems. Bed comfort was another negative aspect, as multiple guests found the beds uncomfortable or in poor condition. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel falls short in cleanliness, service, and comfort.
