Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The service is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several staff members receiving special mention for their professionalism. Many guests appreciate the spacious and well-appointed rooms, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. Comfortable beds also contribute to a positive stay. However, some reviews note that the hotel feels dated and in need of renovation, and there are occasional complaints about room cleanliness, slow check-in, and inconsistent amenities.
