Fantastic service, and delicious breakfast with lovely romantic accomodations!
Excellent value in the city of Venice, I would recommend it to anyone visiting here. No complaints whatsoever.
The hotel and staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. The suite that we had was amazing and so comfy inside. The morning buffet breakfast offered many choices and it all tasted good. The location was good, only 5-10 minute Vaporetto (water taxi) and was in a good location to set out each day site seeing. It was very quite at night.
Nothing, everything was fantastic!
Elegant; spacious; relaxed; private; quiet; wonderful view (albeit from the bathroom!) prosecco time at 4pm in the saloon.
The saloon need a bit more in the way of decoration and furnishing, the breakfast space was too crowded given the size of the room, there were lovely bookcases, but empty of books! Bigger and better pictures needed. A very small amount of extra effort could make it outstanding.
The staff was very helpful , even to lead us directly to a good restaurant so we would not get lost.
Great location, staff very friendly and helpfull, good breakfast and room with a view of the canal. Room was very good.
We felt the hotel was slightly overpriced.
The hotel had a charming aesthetic with an excellent location only a few blocks from Piazza San Marco and a Vaporetto stop. The staff was extremely helpful. We reserved a Quad room and were upgraded to a Junior Suite. They provided a large continental breakfast that served us well on our one-night stay.
the problem with this hotel was it was very very difficult to locate once we were in venice
Central location, but on quiet street, that is to say, canal. Lovely 14th C building, nice decor in room.
Location, Carnivale, Ambience and Breakfast were good, Concierge very helpful
Venice is expensive, especially at Carnivale
location was excellent, room very comfortable and well appointed and easy to find
paid extra for view of canal, however view was out of bathroom window and small bedroom. Another guest had a dog with them.Dog barked periodically.
