Pros (+) The rooms were lovely, we were upgraded free of charge and the staff were attentive, helpful and ever so accommodating. I would stay here again very happily!!
Cons (-) Whilst the hotel is charming and beautifully decorated, there are a few corners or edges that are a little damaged (skirting in bathroom was split). If those were repaired then I honestly wouldn’t have been able to find fault at all!)
