Pros (+) The rooms were lovely, we were upgraded free of charge and the staff were attentive, helpful and ever so accommodating. I would stay here again very happily!!
Cons (-) Whilst the hotel is charming and beautifully decorated, there are a few corners or edges that are a little damaged (skirting in bathroom was split). If those were repaired then I honestly wouldn’t have been able to find fault at all!)

Cons (-) The bathroom was the worst and was built for a handicapped individual and we were neither and not allowed to change rooms. and all the water from the shower was all over the floor. The floor was very cold on your feet so you have to wear shoes. And the temp is really controlled by the front desk. Very annoying to have to call and get some one to change the temp.
