Pros (+) tram/bus to venice convinient. Front reception staff very helpful in directions. This hotel good alternative for expensive Venice hotels.
Cons (-) One chinese lady in the breakfast area very rude. My daughter went in late at 11 am when breakfast was over with not much choice but she was adamant to charge when all she got was a yogurt.
